My name is Audrey Jolly. I am a registered psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario, Registration Number: 002328.
I am a Clinical Member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists since 2006.
I am a graduate of the Integral Healing Centre of Toronto. I have a Master's degree in Psychology and Movement from York University.
I have also trained as a Couples Therapist with The International Centre for Excellence in Emotionally Focused Therapy (ICEEFT), Ottawa, ON
I have been in private practice as a Psychotherapist for over 10 years. I have taught workshops and courses in movement and creativity for over 30 years at York University, Ryerson University and The Banff Centre. I have worked with theatre companies across Canada and in Europe.
Throughout my career, I have taught dance, creative movement, theatre and art.
I am an interdisciplinary artist, teacher and trauma specialist using creativity and the body in healing.
I want all my clients to feel calm and at their ease when they come and visit me for therapy. I've created an office environment that, I hope, you'll find restful and welcoming.
